Ordering
In order to help our clients and visitors better understand the process involved in the making promotional products items and design unique marketing pieces for they business, Nova Idea Promo & Design developed this "Ordering Section" with important questions about our ordering process. Please don't hesitate to contact us regarding questions about our products, services, quotes, or sample requests.
Artwork
Vector vs Raster Images. Vector art is key for printing. Since the art is made from a series of mathematical curves it will print very crisply even when resized.
For instance, one can print a vector logo on a small sheet of copy paper, and then enlarge the same vector logo to billboard size and keep the same crisp quality.
Examples of Vector Files:
Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Freehand – AI, CDR, EPS
In computer graphics, a raster graphics image or bitmap is a data structure representing a generally rectangular grid of pixels, or points of color, viewable via
a monitor, paper, or other display medium. Raster images are stored in image files with varying formats. A bitmap is technically characterized by the width and
height of the image in pixels and by the number of bits per pixel (a color depth, which determines the number of colors it can represent). A low-resolution
raster graphic would blur or pixelate excessively if it were enlarged from business card size to billboard size.
Examples of raster files:
pictures and internet images, graphics or logos – JPG, TIF, BMP, GIF

Cancellation
After the final approval of your Virtual Sample, we submit your order to production. We understand that occasionally changes needs to be made after your approval.
In that case, we
will do our best to work with our vendors in order to notify them before any charges occur. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel
or change your order once production has begun. Once that happens and you not longer need your items, you will remain liable for the full cost of your order.

Color Matching
Nova Idea Promo & Design uses the Pantone Matching System catalog, as standard of industry to match your business colors or logos. Sometimes color matching requires
an extra charge due to the labor and time expended to clean the printing equipment and load it with a new special ink. If color matching is not a requirement; we'll use our
vendors standard colors or CMYK (full color printing) to achieve the closest match possible.

Fonts
If you have a specific font that you want to use in your project let us know. We have an extensive fonts catalog available to our clients. However, if the font is not
